My First John Mayer Concert
was a day and two years ago at the Verizon Center in Washington,D.C
I remember anxiously waiting in line outside with a crowd of people
I had lovely nosebleed seats in the 400’s but was still happy that I was there
Before the concert started a guy in a bear suit came up to our section and hugged me
I always had the slightest hope it was John but I’ll never know
Anyways that was the concert that started this obsession and infatuation with a great and talented musician and I’ll always be grateful for that day.
